We bought this Backgammon set in a group and had a brass plaque engraved on the top.  First the set is absolutely beautiful.  So well made and really, really special.  The counters have a wonderful feel to them and even the hinges to open the box are exquisite.  The Inkerman team were so professional.  Their attention to detail was incredible and I cannot fault them.  They could not have done more to help create this very special present and when I made a mistake with the engraving at the last minute they did everything they could to rectify it and calmly.  I cannot recommend not only this product but the company itself.  It is not often that you find such wonderful customer service.  Thank you to the whole team.
