The following terms and conditions apply to any usage of this website. The website is owned by Inkerman Ltd whose registered office is at Unit Inkerman, Wadhurst Business Park, Faircrouch Lane, Wadhurst, TN5 6PT. Please read the terms & conditions carefully before placing an order as by visiting the website and making a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ORDERING: When placing an order with Inkerman you will subsequently receive an e-mail setting out the details of your order and our receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product from us which is accepted by us when we process the payment and despatch the goods. Any items within the same order that have not been charged or despatched do not form part of the same contract. If for any reason Inkerman are unable to fulfil your order we will of course contact you and not charge your credit or debit card until such time as the order can be completed. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

PRICING: All prices shown are correct at time of publication but are subject to change at any time without prior warning. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT which is currently at 20%. VAT will be charged on all orders delivered within the UK and EU countries. Inkerman has made every effort to make all information contained in this website as accurate as possible. However we cannot guarantee that all information is a 100% accurate. All sizes listed are to the nearest half centimetre or half inch.

PAYMENT: Inkerman Ltd accepts most major credit and debit cards. All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If for any reason the card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us we will contact you. If this does arise we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

PERSONALISED: Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled or amended - unless you phone us immediately after placing your order.  Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.  Customers are responsible for the information they provide.

PRIVACY: Inkerman is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and we will not pass on or share any personal details with any third party. Any personal data will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.

LIABILITY: To the extent that Inkerman Ltd are lawfully able to do so, in no event will Inkerman Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential losses or damages arising out of access to, the use or inability to use, this website or any information contained in the site or arising out of the services we provide. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with our products under these terms & conditions shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ACCEPTABLE USE: The website may only be used for lawful and proper purposes in accordance with our terms & conditions and all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the UK or from other jurisdictions from which the site can be accessed. Events beyond our reasonable control: Inkerman will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable by you. This condition does not affect your statutory rights

LAW: All purchases shall be governed by the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
