With the start of a new year well and truly in full swing and Formula 1 fast approaching us, we take a look at a highlight for Inkerman from last year. In November 2018, Inkerman was delighted to provide the DHL Fastest Pit Stop trophy for the 2018 season. The Inkerman personalised trophy was presented by Emanuelle Niri after a design contest organised by DHL earlier in the year.
Our winning corporate trophy design was selected by an esteemed jury and praised for the well thought out design, inspired by the components and tools that enable the teams to push the boundaries of a pit stop. At Inkerman, we pride ourselves in our expert creativity – especially with regard to bespoke corporate awards trophies and business gifts. The company trophy, standing 50cms tall, with a bespoke silver and gold finish was presented at the final Grand Prix of the season in Abu Dhabi on the 25th November 2018.
Overall Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team were consistently the fastest over the 538 pit stops performed during the season, with the average time being 2.203 seconds across all the teams throughout the season.
DHL - the global Logistics partner of Formula 1 ensured it wasn’t a trophy-less season for them as they were awarded one of our uniquely designed corporate awards trophies provided by Inkerman for the competition. The award was won by Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Team.
